His Message:

Sri Sutrananda’s divine intention is to share his wisdom and knowledge with others, so they can “remember who they really are.” Sri Sutrananda states “Enlightenment is your god given birthright. He believes every single human being knows what their purpose is but some have simply forgotten or perhaps chosen not to remember or have been influenced by external sources. The key is to quiet your mind so that you can remember. Your soul acts as a radar, registering bits and pieces of information that resonate within you, reminding you what you came here to do. The “divine” may signal you in many different ways, through a personal encounter, television, a song you hear on the radio, this website, a dream a smell etc…How will you know this you may ask, well it will feel different, ”the truth tingles!” The truth touches the core of your being, your soul the real you know! You can choose to listen or not listen to it. Sutrananda explains that most people choose not to listen; instead they follow the “prototype of humanity”. They become what society tells them to become. For example, a young woman who’s parents are doctors, may think she too must become a doctor because that’s what is expected, although in her heart she has always wanted to be a teacher. A man may think he must raise a family and settle down according to his religion, but deep in his heart he wants to travel and make movies. Sutrananda says people get caught up in the “illusion” called “Maya” and in that illusion they become miserable. But the reality is that you do not have to do anything that you do not want to do. At the core of our beings we are joyful, happy, peaceful souls. Life is meant to be just that.

Childhood:

Sri Sutrananda was born and grew up in South America. Like most he grew up like any other child although he say’s “he just remembers more, allowing him to recall events that occurred in infancy and to experience the process of automatic writing and to know that alternate realities existed. Sri Sutrananda first experienced the rise of the divine force at the age of 16 years old; Kundalini rose within him from the root to the crown passing through Pingala. He states that the Enlightenment process can happen to a person when they least expect it.

Synchronicities became a way of life for him and learning came easily and effortlessly. Throughout his adolescent years, books would come to him through various people and circumstances and he could readily comprehend many advanced spiritual and non-spiritual texts. He once read a book on Hypnotherapy and was able to easily hypnotize his friends! People were naturally attracted to him; adults and youth would come to him for advice and guidance and even animals had a natural affinity towards him.

Training:

Sri Sutrananda graduated as an Integral Yoga Teacher in 1987 at the Integral Yoga Institute in Montreal. In 1989 he went to Virginia to visit his Guru, Sri Swami Satchidananda in Yogaville. It was there that during the practice of standing meditation, Sri Sutrananda experienced “Samadi” which took his Enlightenment to another level and allowed him to perfect his teachings in Raja Yoga (focus & meditation) and Jnana Yoga (knowledge & wisdom). He taught at the Spiritual Science fellowship in Montreal for 2 years and in private practice for 10 years. He opened his own school and designed a program to awaken natural psychic powers using six of the seven branches of Yoga. He lectured, taught workshops and conducted retreats on Enlightenment, Self-Realization and Kryia Yoga in Montreal, Ontario and British Columbia. He is also a certified Hypnotherapist and Rebirth Therapist. He is the creator of the 10 keeks or 20 days Enlightenment and Self realization program and the 40 days or 20 weeks Master's Training. He is also the founder of Kunda Yoga College-Kundalini Research Centre Ltd.

Sri Sutrananda has over 30 years of study and experience in the field of Yoga and spirituality and 5000 hours of teaching experience. His studies and experience consists of extended studies of over 500 books including sacred books as The Bible, The Bhagavad-Gita, The Sutras, Teaching of Buddha and others; assistant and facilitation experience to hundreds of seminars and workshops; hundreds of hours of training with leading Yoga Master’s such as: Sri Swami Satchidananda (Yogaville) and Reverend Jaganath Carrera (Author of Inside the Sutras), Lavita White Fawn (Shaman), Seer Ted Silverhand of North Carolina, Anne/Daniel Meurois Givoudan (Author of De mémoire d'Essénien), Bernard De Montreal and many others great Master's; plus extensive study and practice of the energetic medicine practiced by Dr Janine Fontaine (of France). He teaches and performs Energetic Treatments at the centre. He has an uncanny ability to read auras! Sutrananda is also fluent in English, Spanish & French.

Today: Kunda Yoga College – Kundalini Research Centre

Sri Sutrananda is the Yoga Master, founder and creator of Kunda Yoga College-Kundalini Research Centre Ltd located on Vancouver Island, British Columbia Canada. He is the creator of the Kunda Yoga sequences, Master's Trainig and the Enlightenment and Self Realization Program. His ten-week Enlightenment and Self Realiazation program is offered on DVD. Sri Sutrananda believes we are “all masters and messengers to each other. It is his greatest desire and purpose to help others truly connect with who they really are so in turn they can help others do the same.

The time of the individual master is over. The time of the Guru is finished. In this new century we are all Masters, we are all Gurus, we are all Messengers to each other. Speak your ever-expanding truth softly and clearly. Help each other remember, “We are all one,” that “we are interdependent,” that “we are unity,” that all living things are born out of the same source, whatever you conceive that source to be. Learn from the people who speak of unity. Learn to remember that separation is an illusion and when you remember that we are all one; spread the good news to all those around you because you are a messenger, no more, no less, than those who came before you. You brought your self to this page because you are a seeker of the light and because now you are ready, and now you understand that you are no longer a seeker of the light, but a bringer of the light.
